General and editorial questions

Use the subject “General enquiry” or “Editorial enquiry”. Briefly describe your question, identify any relevant article with its URL and include links or documents needed to understand the issue. Tell us how to contact you if clarification is needed. Peter Rizov leads the publication and is responsible for its editorial standards; this mailbox is the contact point for the publication.

Correction requests

Use the subject “Correction request”. Include the article URL and title, the specific passage, claim, image or caption you dispute, the correction you propose and supporting evidence. You can also flag missing or misleading AI, sponsorship or commercial-interest disclosures. We assess requests against the evidence. Our Corrections page explains how substantive corrections, updates and changes across English and Bulgarian are handled.

Personal-data and privacy requests

Use the subject “Personal data request” or “Privacy enquiry”. Describe the issue or right you wish to exercise and provide enough context to locate the relevant information, such as an article URL or the date of earlier correspondence. Send only the personal information necessary for your request. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or a copy of an identity document with your initial email. If identity verification is necessary, we will ask for proportionate information.

QUINTA JSC is the data controller for Nove.news and has not appointed a data protection officer. Our Privacy policy explains the processing, retention criteria, applicable rights, response periods and complaint options. Privacy requests are handled under the applicable legal time limits; the absence of a fixed response time for ordinary editorial correspondence does not change those obligations.

What to expect

We may ask for clarification or additional evidence. We do not promise a fixed response time for general enquiries or correction requests; complexity and urgency affect the review. A request does not automatically result in an article being changed or removed. If you send further evidence about the same issue, reply in the same email thread where possible.
