Three people were killed and 15 injured in attacks on Ukraine’s Dnipropetrovsk region, according to the emergency-service figures reported on 25 October. An 11-year-old girl was among the injured. A separate Russian drone strike on an apartment block in Vinnytsia injured another six people.
Separate incidents, separate counts
The regional figures describe different attacks and should not be treated as a final nationwide toll. Rescue work, hospital admissions and checks at damaged sites can change the picture. The confirmed information at this stage concerns the reported casualties and the locations, rather than a complete assessment of every strike overnight.
A maritime claim remains a claim
Russia’s defence ministry also said it struck a cargo vessel heading towards Chornomorsk, alleging that it was supplying the Ukrainian military. That account and the vessel’s alleged use were not independently established in the material reviewed. No verified ship identity or casualty figure for that claimed strike is available here.
The wider exchange of attacks
Ukraine also reported a strike on a facility in Russia’s Oryol connected to a sanctioned heavy-machinery manufacturer. Russian authorities said three people died there. That is a separate incident and a separate attributed casualty report, not part of the Ukrainian emergency-service count.
Civilian consequences remain central
The overnight reports show the continuing exposure of residential buildings and communities while diplomatic disputes continue. The archive photograph illustrates earlier damage in Dnipro; it is not a picture of the attacks described in today’s casualty figures.
