Tickets before the first departure
Air Serbia put six 2027 destinations on sale on 19 October: Yerevan, Helsinki, Miami, Cluj-Napoca, Chișinău and Menorca. Miami is scheduled from 20 May with two weekly flights. The airline says it will become its third US destination, alongside New York and Chicago. [1]
Several starts, not one launch day
The planned services begin at different points between March and June. Helsinki is a resumption, while the package includes seasonal Menorca flights. Readers should therefore distinguish a new destination announcement from a claim that all six routes are already operating or that every service runs year-round. [1]
Context: a hub works through connections
For travellers from elsewhere in the region, a new route’s value depends on the connection into Belgrade as well as the long-haul departure. Waiting time, arrival date and the return pairing can change which itinerary is practical. A direct service from the hub does not remove the need to compare the journey from the traveller’s actual starting point.
What to check before planning around it
Use the live timetable for the date required, including the return flight and any separate transport arrangements. Future schedules can change, so a destination list should not be treated as a guarantee of a particular connection. Nove.news has not verified individual fares or seats.
